1. Absolutely No Frame Breakers, Popups, Popins, PopUnders,
PopOvers, ExitExchanges, Prompt Popups,
No Auto Downloads, Malicious Scripts, Flyin Ads, Slide-in Ads, Paid-To-Promote sites, No Auto Audio or Video Playing sites, Myspace, Rotators, Redirections or Forwards to a different URL other than the submitted URL, (includes tinyurl, linkbrander or any other url redirect/cloaking service). No Adult, Warez or Illegal Content. Links are up to admin, if not vulgar! Please DO NOT submit them, they will be deleted with all credits lost! International Members Are Welcome! 2. a: Free members are allowed to add up to 10 websites, & 5 Banners. Please see our Upgrade Account Page for more info. b: New sites MUST have credits added to them before they'll be approved, New sites without credits will be deleted. c: Must Surf 200 Sites To Fully Activate Your Account. 3. If users don't activate their accounts within 7 days or login to their accounts for more than 30 days, their accounts will be deleted. 4. We reserve the right to delete any account with out cause or notification. 5. You agree to receive emails from HENNY HITZ. 6. You may only open the view bar in one window on one computer at a time. 7. Do not spam in any way. If you are caught spamming your account will be terminated immediately and you will be charged a $100 administration fee and any other legal fees that may occur. 8. We will notify you if we change the terms & conditions. 9. You may only sign up for one account. If any member is caught breaking the terms & conditions their account will be deleted. All credits and referrals that they may have will be forfeited. 10. If you submit a site that breaks our rules you will lose all credits in your account. 11. If you are deleted you will not be eligible to sign up for a new account. 12. If you are caught trying to cheat the system your account will be terminated immediately and will be charged for any credits that you have stolen plus a $100 administration fee and any other fees for legal action. 13. All Sites & Banners Added with Upgrades will be Removed if not Renewed to keep Your Upgrade Status. 14. Refunds will NOT be issued on advertising packages or upgrades. As with all advertising, results will vary. 15. You must have a valid email address, if we are unable to send email to you, for example, the email bounces, your account will be removed. Autoresponder email accounts will be terminated. You AGREE to receive emails from ADMIN! 16. We accept no responsibility for damage of any kind from our site or from any member websites. 17. If any member causes any harm or damage or is responsible for HENNY Hitz being shut down for any reason you will be charged a $100 administration fee plus any fees involved in getting HENNY Hitz up and running again and any legal fees that might occur.
